Day 3 - August 1, 2006

Well we are in Rapid City South Dakota tonight.

It has been a really long day. The roads here are completely empty. The prairies are pretty though. Not much to see at all.

I'm hoping, but haven't seen any buffalo yet. We have seen some cattle.

We haven't gotten to Mt Rushmore yet, but we're close. I'm excited about that!

We did stop at a old west community thing. They sold fudge! Not much here either. But it was just a nice break from driving.

We are 2 hours behind you guys now and I am really tired, so I have to cut it short tonight.
